Tanya Kennedy

Tanya Kennedy, LPC, LADC, has worked in the mental health and substance abuse field for the past 25 years. She is the clinical director at ATS Counseling. Tanya is a graduate of Northwestern Oklahoma State University with a Bachelors in Psychology double major with Business Administration. Tanya completed her graduate work in 1999 with a Masters in Behavioral Science also through Northwestern. Tanya is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Licensed Alcohol Drug Counselor. Tanya is also a state approved supervisor for both license types.

Tanya has worked at inpatient as well as outpatient facilities throughout her career. Tanya was the recipient of an International Counseling Fellowship in 1993 and worked at a street clinic in Nottingham, England for six months. Tanya is also a certified ADSAC (DUI) assessor and facilitator, certified DOT (Department of Transportation) assessor and Executive Director of SAPP (Substance Abuse Program Professionals) which is a non-profit 5013-C corporation that provides DUI schools and has a sober living house. Along with her drug and alcohol counseling, Tanya also specializes in Adult therapy, marriage and family counseling, and depression and anxiety disorders. The highlight of Tanya’s life is that she is a “NaNa” to 2 beautiful little grandsons.
