We are able to bill Medicaid (with no co-pay), Medicare (which requires a co-pay), and private insurance (generally with a co-pay) for certain services.
When calling for services, you will most likely need to leave a number at which we can call you back to set up the initial intake appointment. Every effort is made to return calls before the end of that workday.
It is best to arrive 15 minutes early for your initial appointment so you have time to complete the paperwork required to begin treatment. Some of the paperwork can be completed prior to meeting with the Intake Worker and some is completed during the first meeting.
If you are unable to make your appointments, please call within 24 hours so the time can be used to serve other clients. Please bring your insurance/Medicaid/Medicare card to the intake. We will make a copy for our records.
